Jump Page Ad
It refers to a microsite reached by clicking a button or banner. The jump page often list several topics, which can link to your site.
Junk pages
It refers to those useless documents that serve no purpose other than spamming search engines with keyword stuffed pages in hopes a visitor might click on the Ads there.
